Evening talk at 8pm on 27th November at the Sports Hall, Oatlands College with Kate Mc Daid, Nutritionist on fueling properly for sports. The event is open to all players, coaches, managers and parents/guardians.

The NutriKate team have extensive experience working alongside athletes and teams from amateur to elite, underage to senior level. The team’s portfolio includes the Kildare Senior Hurling and Football teams, All-Ireland Champions the Dublin Senior Ladies Football team, Motorsport Ireland, Shelbourne Football Club Academy, Maynooth Elite Golfing Scholars and Trinity College Dublin’s Elite Sporting Scholars to name but a few.
